Quick and delicious side dish: Frozen green beans with almonds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (7.5 oz) frozen green beans & almonds
  • 1 bunch (8 oz) fresh kale; ribs removed, leaves thinly sliced (6 cups)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons harissa sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare the beans according to the instructions on the package, cooking them for the shortest recommended time.
  • In a large skillet, sauté kale in water over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes until kale is tender-crisp. Add additional water if needed. Mix in harissa and coat the kale well.
  • Fold in the beans and cook gently until they are warmed through. Serve garnished with almonds.
