Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
  • 0.25 cup parsley leaves
  • 0.5 cup cored and chopped green apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup ice
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, creamy coconut milk, vibrant spinach, fresh parsley, crisp apple, sweet honey, tangy lemon juice, and ice in a blender. Blend until perfectly smooth.
