Refreshing green smoothie with apple, pear, zesty lemon juice, and invigorating fresh ginger.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, or to taste
  • 1 cup water, or as needed
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend spinach, 1 cup water, apple, pear, lemon juice, flaxseed, and ginger until smooth, adding additional water as necessary.
