Green Tea Granola

Delicious cereal mix with mango, cranberry, cashews, sesame seeds, honey, and green tea. Enjoy the explosion of flavors!
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups Fiber One™ Honey Clusters® cereal
  • 1 cup cashew halves
  • 1 cup sesame sticks
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (2 bags per 1/2 cup hot water)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried mangoes
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 250°F and prepare a 15x10x1-inch pan by spraying it with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cereal, cashews, and sesame sticks.
  • Combine brown sugar, tea, honey, and oil in a 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly until the brown sugar melts. Pour the mixture over the cereal, toss to coat thoroughly, then spread it in a pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring well halfway through. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes. Fold in mangoes and cranberries. Allow to cool completely in the pan for about 1 hour. Transfer to a tightly covered container for storing.
