Start your day with a nutrient-packed green smoothie that can easily be customized based on what's in season.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml spinach, trimmed, chopped, tightly packed
  • 250.00 ml chopped kale, trimmed, chopped, tightly packed
  • 125.00 ml celery, chopped
  • 1.25 gm cinnamon
  • 1 green apple, cored, chopped
  • 1 pear, cored, chopped
  • 2 large bananas, frozen and roughly chopped
  • 500.00 gm filtered water
  • Fresh mint to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until creamy. Pour the mixture into two tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint before serving.
