Elevate your appetizer game with quick and delicious grilled artichoke hearts, perfect for any occasion or as a tasty addition to a charcuterie board.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans medium whole artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Heat up a well-oiled outdoor grill on high. Gently dry artichokes with a paper towel, then skewer them onto 3 or 4 skewers.
  • In a large bowl, blend olive oil, lemon juice, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Brush artichokes generously with the flavorful mixture.
  • Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, brushing with more oil mixture from time to time. Flip the artichokes over and continue grilling until lightly charred, about another 3 to 5 minutes, brushing occasionally with oil.
  • Transfer the artichokes from the skewers to a large bowl, drizzle with the remaining oil mixture, and serve.
