Elevate grilled sirloin with a flavorful blue cheese sauce, combining crumbled cheese, garlic, and more for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a small bowl until well mixed; set aside.
  • Grill the steak over medium-high heat, covering it for 15 to 20 minutes and turning it once, until cooked to your liking. Remove from grill.
  • Drizzle the flavorful cheese mixture on top of the juicy steak and allow it to rest for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese gently melts. Slice the steak into delectable portions before serving.
