Grilled top sirloin steak with flavorful garlic, blue cheese, and luscious butter.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 ounces blue cheese
  • 1 (2 pound) beef top sirloin steak, cut into 4 equal pieces
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 12 drops liquid smoke flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven on the "Grill" setting to Medium-High.
  • Combine the butter and blue cheese in a bowl, then chill until needed.
  • Season one side of the steak pieces with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Then, flip the steaks and drizzle 3 drops of liquid smoke on each piece, followed by a touch of salt and pepper.
  • Lay the steak pieces on the grill pan. Close the oven and set the timer for 6 minutes. Flip the steaks after 3 minutes, sprinkle evenly with minced garlic, then resume cooking by pressing "Start."
  • Let the steaks rest briefly, then plate them and top with a savory blue cheese butter mixture.
