Grilled Burger and Veggie Foil Packs

Create convenient and portable meal bundles for your next cookout.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower & cheese-flavored sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Cut 4 (18x12-inch) heavy-duty foil sheets and spray the center of each with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, seasoned salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 patties that are 1/2 inch thick.
  • Place 1 cup of potatoes, 1/4 of the vegetables, cheese sauce chips, and 1 beef patty in the center of each foil sheet. Securely wrap each packet with double-fold seals, leaving space for heat expansion.
  • Place the packets on the grill, sealed side down, and cover. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Flip the packets and continue cooking covered for 15 to 18 minutes until the thermometer reads 160°F in the center of the patties and the vegetables are tender.
  • Before serving, delicately unwrap the packets to release steam. Gently stir to incorporate the cheese sauce evenly.
