Grilled Cheese and Veggie Sandwich

Irresistible grilled cheese with Havarti, coleslaw, and sprouts.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups coleslaw mix
  • 0.5 cup bean sprouts
  • 8 thick slices (3/4 inch thick) sourdough bread
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 6 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
Instructions:
  • Mix the coleslaw mix and bean sprouts in a medium bowl.
  • Spread margarine on one side of each bread slice. Spread honey mustard on the opposite side of 4 slices. Layer coleslaw mixture and cheese on the honey mustard side of the 4 bread slices. Place the remaining 4 slices on top, margarine side out. Enjoy!
  • Cook the sandwiches in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
