Try this quick and flavorful Italian-style grilled chicken breasts for a satisfying dinner option! Ready in just 55 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bone-in skin-on chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine or nonalcoholic wine
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
  • Place the chicken in a shallow glass dish or plastic bag. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate, but not more than 6 hours.
  • Preheat your grill over medium heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade, but save the marinade. Place the chicken bone side down on the grill and cook for 10 to 20 minutes. Flip the chicken, and continue cooking for another 15 to 20 minutes, basting with the marinade 2 to 3 times, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170°F and the juices run clear when cut.
