Juicy grilled chicken breasts ready in just 25 minutes for a tasty dinner!
Ingredients:
  • Vegetable oil or cooking spray
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/4 lb) or bone-in skinless ( 2 lb) chicken breasts
  • Purchased barbecue or teriyaki sauce, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat by preparing the coals or gas grill. It will take approximately 40 minutes for charcoal or 10 minutes for a gas grill to reach the desired temperature.
  • Trim excess fat from chicken using kitchen scissors or a knife.
  • Prepare the grill by greasing the rack with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Grill the chicken over medium heat, turning it once halfway through. Baste the chicken with barbecue or teriyaki sauce in the last 10 minutes of grilling. Cook until chicken reaches 170°F and juices run clear when cut into.
