Whip up a nutritious dinner in under 30 minutes with ease.
Ingredients:
  • 30g (1 1/2 tsp) butter, melted
  • 6 single chicken breast fillets, trimmed of excess fat
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 2 (about 120g) bocconcini cheeses, each cut into 6 slices
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill on high. Prepare a shallow baking tray by lining it with foil and lightly greasing it with a brush dipped in melted butter.
  • Lay the chicken fillets on the tray, brush with the remaining butter, and generously season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked through.
  • Place a slice of prosciutto on top of each chicken fillet and grill until the prosciutto begins to curl. Once done, add 2 slices of bocconcini and 1 sage leaf on each fillet.
  • Place the bocconcini back on the grill for 20-30 seconds until it is warm and starting to melt. Serve right away.
