Grilled honey-mustard cos lettuce topped with flaked almonds.
Ingredients:
  • 2 baby cos lettuce, quartered
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 40.00 ml flaked almonds, toasted
  • 25g parmesan
  • 18.20 gm olive oil, extra
  • 3 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 11.80 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Drizzle the lettuce with oil, then grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
  • Place crisp, fresh lettuce leaves elegantly on a beautiful serving platter. Top with a generous sprinkle of crunchy almonds and flavorful Parmesan cheese for a delicious and visually stunning salad.
  • Combine the additional oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey in a small bowl and whisk together. Drizzle the mixture over the lettuce, then season to taste.
