Elevate your steak sandwich with spicy Kikkoman Sriracha Mayonnaise, blending east and west flavors deliciously.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 4 medium cloves garlic, minced or pressed through a garlic press
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 pounds flank steak, uncut
  • 1 loaf flat rustic bread
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Brie cheese
Instructions:
  • Blend all marinade ingredients in a food processor until a slightly chunky paste forms, making sure to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  • In a gallon-size zipper-lock bag, mix the marinade with the meat. Remove any excess air and seal the bag. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning the bag halfway through to evenly marinate the meat.
  • Discard marinade and sear steak over medium-high heat for 7-9 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Rest steaks on cutting board under foil for 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak on the bias. Brush inside of Loaf with oil and grill for 1 minute until slightly toasted. Combine Kikkoman Sriracha Sauce with mayonnaise and spread onto bread. Assemble sandwich with steak, arugula, and brie.
