Grilled Ham Steak with Mustard Sauce

Transform simple ingredients into a gourmet meal in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 ham steak, 1/2 inch thick (1 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
Instructions:
  • Score the outer fat of the ham diagonally at 1-inch intervals to prevent curling without cutting into the ham. Combine mustard, honey, and preserves.
  • Preheat your grill for direct heat. Grill the ham uncovered, about 4 to 6 inches from the heat, for 4 minutes. Flip the ham and brush it with the mustard mixture. Continue grilling for another 4 minutes. Flip the ham once more and brush it with the remaining mustard mixture. Grill for about 2 more minutes or until heated through.
