Brown sugar and mustard glazed ham grilled in foil for a juicy and flavorful main course.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup yellow mustard
  • 9 pounds fully-cooked, bone-in ham
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and combine brown sugar with mustard in a bowl until it forms a paste.
  • Lay the ham on a generous piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Coat the ham with the brown sugar paste, then tightly wrap the foil around the ham, sealing it completely. Transfer the wrapped ham to a disposable grill pan.
  • Cook the ham on the preheated grill for approximately 2 1/2 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C). Let the ham rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
