Flavorful lamb loin chops seasoned simply with garlic and lemon juice for a delightful taste experience.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 8 (5 ounce) lamb loin chops
Instructions:
  • Mix herbes de Provence, oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Coat the lamb chops with the mixture, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.
  • Prepare an outdoor grill at medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Season the chops with a generous amount of salt and pepper to enhance their natural flavors.
  • Grill the chops until they are nicely browned on the outside and reach at least 125°F (52°C) at the center with an instant-read thermometer for a perfect medium-rare doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  • Place the chops on a plate lined with aluminum foil and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
