Delicious and easy-to-make steak-like pork chops that can be broiled in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
Instructions:
  • Place pork chops in a flavorful marinade of lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, making sure to turn the bag occasionally to coat the chops evenly.
  • Preheat outdoor grill on high. Take chops out of bag and pour the rest of the marinade into a saucepan. Bring marinade to a boil, then remove from heat and set aside.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly oiling it. Cook the pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes on each side on the grill, while continuously brushing them with the boiled marinade until cooked through.
