Grilled lobster tail with seasoned butter, perfect for a surf-and-turf dinner alongside a juicy steak. Guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 0.125 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 bamboo skewers
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
  • Combine melted butter, fresh parsley, and seafood seasoning in a bowl, then chill until needed.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Trim the top of each lobster shell with kitchen shears lengthwise, then crack open to reveal the meat. Carefully detach the meat from the sides of the shell. Skewer each tail lengthwise to prevent curling, brush exposed meat with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill lobster tails flesh-side down for 6 minutes, then flip and baste with seasoned butter. Grill for an additional 4 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
