Whip up these mini sliders for a quick and tasty meal or snack!
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill, then combine all ingredients except the tomato sauce in a large bowl. Form the mixture into 12 (2-inch) meatballs and gently flatten them into 3/4-inch-thick patties. Thread 3 patties onto each of the 4 (9-inch) metal skewers lengthwise, ensuring there is a 1-inch gap between each patty.
  • Brush the grill rack with oil meticulously. Grill the kabobs over medium-high heat, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes. Remember to turn them occasionally until they're nicely browned on the outside and fully cooked in the center.
  • Heat tomato sauce in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until it simmers, stirring occasionally. Drizzle over kabobs before serving.
