Grilled mushrooms filled with flavorful blue cheese, basil, and butter stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) package button mushrooms, stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Drizzle the tops of the mushrooms with olive oil and arrange them gill-side up in a grill-safe dish.
  • Combine the blue cheese, butter, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed. Fill the mushroom caps evenly with the mixture.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill mushrooms until they are tender and heated through, approximately 5 minutes.
