Grilled nectarines with raspberry sorbet

Caramelized nectarines paired with refreshing mixed berry ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 4 nectarines, halved, stone removed
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 20.00 gm butter, melted
  • 4 Anzac biscuits, crumbled
  • 4 scoops raspberry sorbet or frozen berry yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to high. Arrange the nectarine halves, cut-side up, on a baking tray.
  • In a bowl, mix sugar and butter together. Pour the mixture over the nectarine. Grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Distribute the nectarine into serving bowls. Sprinkle Anzac biscuit on top and add a scoop of sorbet before serving.
