Elevate your grilled burgers with a secret touch of bottled Caesar dressing for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
  • 1 small sweet onion, cut into 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 burger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine beef, parsley, 2 tablespoons of dressing, and peppered seasoned salt in a medium bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Grill the patties over medium heat with the lid on for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping once, until a meat thermometer reads 160°F when inserted in the center. During the last 8 to 10 minutes of cooking, grill the onion slices, brushing them with 2 tablespoons of dressing, until they are crisp-tender, turning once.
  • Combine crisp and fresh lettuce with the remaining 1/4 cup of dressing and savory cheese in a small bowl. Create flavorful layers in each bun by stacking the lettuce mixture, burger, and onion.
