Grilled Sesame-Ginger Chicken

Transform chicken breasts into a delicious Asian dish with just 5 ingredients in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • Hot cooked Japanese curly noodles, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, and ginger in a small bowl.
  • Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil, then grill the chicken over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush with sauce and turn after 10 minutes, cooking until the chicken's juices run clear when the thickest part is cut (170°F). Discard any extra sauce.
  • Present the chicken alongside a bed of tender noodles.
