Grilled Shrimp Kabobs

Enhance shrimp and veggie flavors with fat-free dressing in this delicious and healthy 150-calorie grill recipe from Betty Crocker.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp, thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
  • 16 medium cherry tomatoes
  • 16 small whole mushrooms
Instructions:
  • Place the shrimp and dressing in a shallow glass or plastic container or a resealable freezer bag. Cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill on high. Take the shrimp out of the marinade and keep the marinade aside. Skewer the shrimp, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms onto 4 metal skewers, leaving a 1/4-inch gap between each ingredient.
  • Grill the kabobs over medium heat, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes, turning often and basting with marinade until shrimp turn pink. Discard any extra marinade.
