Grilled shrimp topped with zesty Taco Ranch Dressing on warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced and grated
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas, heated according to package directions
  • 1 (12 ounce) package DOLE® All Natural Southwest Salad Kit
Instructions:
  • Mix together olive oil, lime juice, lime peel, and cumin in a small bowl. Skewer the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Brush the shrimp with the lime mixture. Grill until cooked through, approximately 3 minutes on each side, brushing with the lime mixture throughout. Finally, roughly chop the shrimp.
  • Mix the taco ranch dressing, sour cream, and shredded cheese from the kit. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla. Place shrimp, salad greens, and chips on top. Serve with your favorite toppings like diced tomatoes, salsa, sliced olives, and guacamole.
