Grilled Southwestern Pork Chops: Flavorful chops seasoned with chili powder, cumin, red pepper, and garlic, cooked to juicy perfection on the grill. A taste sensation awaits!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 8 pork loin or rib chops, 1/2 inch thick (2 1/2 pounds)
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding the pork.
  • Coat pork evenly with the flavorful chili powder mixture. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours, for maximum taste infusion.
  • Preheat grill for direct heat. Grill pork 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer reads 145°F. Remove from grill, cover with foil, and let rest for at least 3 minutes before serving.
