Asian-inspired grilled asparagus complements kebabs and satays perfectly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1.5 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill on high.
  • Combine the fragrant sesame oil, savory soy sauce, aromatic garlic, and rich brown sugar in a bowl. Add the asparagus and toss until evenly coated.
  • Oil your grill grate lightly and place the asparagus on it. Cook for 8 minutes until the asparagus is tender but still firm. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
