Try these smoky grilled sweet potato wedges brushed with flavorful spices for a caramelized taste you'll love.
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 0.25 cup olive oil, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Rinse sweet potatoes well and cut each into 8 wedges. Toss wedges in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix remaining oil with paprika, salt, garlic powder, cinnamon, and cayenne in another bowl.
  • Lay the potato wedges on the grill, adjust the heat to low, and grill, turning occasionally, until they are soft, for about 16 to 18 minutes. Brush the wedges on both sides with the oil mixture and grill for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
