Create a simple and delicious dinner with just three ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 4 cups fresh vegetables, 1-inch pieces
  • 1 package (12 ounces) farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
Instructions:
  • Drizzle 1/3 cup of the dressing over the vegetables, then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat a grill for direct heat. Drain vegetables, saving the marinade. Skewer vegetables onto eight 10-inch metal skewers. Brush with marinade. Grill covered, 4 to 6 inches from the heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade twice, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Separate vegetables from skewers. Combine with pasta and remaining 1/3 cup dressing, adding more dressing to taste.
