Spicy guacamole blinis with tomato and salami - a quick and easy party hit!
Ingredients:
  • 205g packet mini blinis
  • 2 avocados, halved
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 10 slices spicy salami, halved
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare blinis according to package instructions.
  • Transfer the creamy avocado flesh into a bowl and gently blend in the onions and lime juice. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper, then use a fork to mash everything together until it's perfectly fused and slightly chunky.
  • Place a dollop of creamy avocado mixture on each blini, then top with a slice of savory salami and a slice of juicy tomato. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander and serve.
