Create a flavorful Mexican wrap with spicy chicken, creamy avocado, fresh spinach, and zesty Tabasco sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large barbecued chicken
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, stone removed, peeled
  • 10.60 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 2.60 gm Tabasco sauce
  • 6 Mountain Bread white wheat wraps
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 6 small ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Separate the chicken meat from the bones, discard the bones, skin, and seasoning, then shred the chicken coarsely into a large bowl.
  • In a large bowl, combine the creamy avocado, fresh lemon juice, and a kick of Tabasco sauce. Mash with a fork until luxuriously smooth, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Lay wraps on a fresh work surface. Spread avocado mixture evenly on wraps. Add chicken, spinach, and tomato on top. Roll wraps tightly to seal ingredients. Serve by wrapping in non-stick baking paper.
