Asian-inspired sweet and spicy baked chicken wings - perfect for game day snacking!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce, or to taste
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine the flavors of hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili-garlic sauce by whisking them together in a bowl.
  • Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet and generously coat them with the flavorful hoisin sauce mixture.
  • Roast in the oven until the chicken wings are cooked through, for 20-25 minutes per side, remembering to baste every 15 minutes.
