Start your morning with spooky Ghostly Pancakes topped with tangy orange syrup for a frightfully fun breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt orange crème
  • 1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl until fully mixed. Set aside.
  • Combine baking mix, milk, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth. In a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of the batter with cocoa and sugar until combined.
  • Preheat a large nonstick electric griddle or a 12-inch nonstick skillet to 375°F and lightly oil the surface.
  • To create the ghostly design, add three small drops of dark batter for each pancake to form eyes and a mouth, spacing them about 1 to 1 1/2 inches apart. Cook for 30 seconds. Next, pour 1/4 cup of regular batter starting at the eyes and mouth, then continue pouring downwards to shape the ghost. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the pancake puffs up and the edges are dry. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute until golden brown. Serve with syrup mixture.
