Spooky Halloween pancakes made with Bisquick mix, autumn spices, and ghostly whipped cream and chocolate chip decorations.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Miniature chocolate chips
  • Maple syrup, if desired
Instructions:
  • Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and grease if needed.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger in a large bowl. Add eggs and milk, and mix well.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the top and the edges are set. Flip and cook the other side.
  • Whip the cream until thick, gently blend in the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place the whipped cream in a decorating bag and create ghost shapes on top of pancake stacks, adding two chocolate chips for eyes on each.
  • Drizzle with syrup before serving.
