Halloween Ghost S'mores

Spooky ghost-shaped S'mores: marshmallow and chocolate candy stuffed cookies for your Halloween treat table!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 24 stackable marshmallows
  • 3 bars (1.55 oz each) milk chocolate candy, unwrapped, each separated into 4 sections
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and butter in a food processor. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add honey, milk, and vanilla; pulse briefly until dough forms. Divide dough in half, shape into balls, flatten slightly, and refrigerate wrapped in plastic for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Use a 3 1/2-inch ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes and place them on the sheet. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until firm. Transfer from baking sheet to cooling rack and allow to cool thoroughly.
  • Preheat the oven to broil. On an ungreased cookie sheet, place 12 cookies bottom side up. Add 2 marshmallows on each cookie. Broil 8 inches from the heat for 10 seconds, or until marshmallows are toasted. Quickly add a piece of chocolate bar on top of each marshmallow, then place a second cookie on top, bottom side down, and gently press together. Serve right away.
