Ingredients:
  • 2 (225g each) pkts haloumi, sliced
  • 160g (1 cup) fresh cherries, pitted
  • 125.00 ml fresh mint leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • Balsamic vinegar, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and grill the haloumi for 2 minutes on each side until beautifully golden.
  • Place the haloumi on a plate alongside the cherries and mint leaves. Then, drizzle with a combination of oil and vinegar, and season with freshly ground pepper for a burst of flavor.
