Ingredients:
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 150g blue cheese or white cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 x 100g English Ham
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced (skin on)
  • 60g baby rocket
  • 20.00 ml lemon thyme leaves
Instructions:
  • Toast sourdough slices until golden. Spread creamy blue cheese on warm toast. Layer with savory ham and juicy pear slices.
  • Layer peppery arugula evenly on the bread. Sprinkle aromatic lemon thyme leaves on top. Finish with a touch of freshly cracked black pepper before serving.
