Try this irresistible ham and cheese quiche with a crispy hash brown crust for a guaranteed empty plate!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cooked diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a sizzling 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Squeeze out excess moisture from hash browns, then mix with melted butter in a small bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreaesed 10-inch pie pan.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Take out the crust from the oven and evenly layer ham and cheese on top. Mix eggs and cream in a small bowl, then pour over the ham and cheese.
  • Place back in the oven and bake until the custard is fully set, around 30 minutes.
