Enjoy trendy ham and cheese quiche-stuffed bagels for a delicious morning meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 bagels, split
  • 2 slices deli ham, diced
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Carefully score around the inside of the bagel with a sharp knife, near the center and along the edge. Gently remove the bready centers, ensuring not to tear the bagel. Discard or save the centers for another purpose.
  • Using your fingers, gently press around the middle and sides of each bagel half to create a well in the center.
  • Combine ham, egg, half-and-half, shredded Cheddar, salt, and pepper in a bowl, ensuring they are well mixed. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared bagels evenly.
  • Place the bagels in the preheated oven and bake until they are golden brown and the egg in the middle is fully cooked, which should take around 12 to 15 minutes. Allow them to cool for a short while before serving.
