Make interactive and delicious calzones for family dinner - rotate kneading dough and picking toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 8g sachet dried yeast
  • pinch salt
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 625.00 ml plain flour
  • 82.50 ml pizza sauce
  • 200g leg ham, diced
  • 225g can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 250.00 ml COON Pizza Shredded Cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 210°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  • Prepare the pizza dough by mixing 200ml warm water, yeast, salt, and sugar in a jug. Stir with a fork until combined. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. In a large bowl, sift the flour and then add the yeast mixture and oil. Mix everything together until a soft dough forms.
  • Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until elastic for about 5 minutes. Divide into quarters and roll out each piece into an 18cm round. Brush edges with water.
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of flavorful pizza sauce onto each round. Toss together ham, pineapple, and COON Pizza Shredded Cheese in a bowl. Spread this delicious mixture evenly over half of each round. Fold the dough over and seal the edges by crimping. Place on the prepared trays and bake for 20 minutes until the pastry turns a beautiful golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
