Delicious sweet and savory ham and pineapple kabobs with a spicy jelly glaze, ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. cooked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (8-oz) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice, drained
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup red currant jelly
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill. Skewer ham, pineapple, and tomatoes on metal skewers. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix jelly and mustard. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes until jelly melts, then stir well. Brush 3 to 4 tablespoons of the jelly mixture over the kabobs.
  • When it's time to grill, place the kabobs on a gas grill over medium heat or on a charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes until thoroughly heated, making sure to turn them once. Serve with the remaining jelly mixture.
