Quick and easy ham and pineapple skewers with a tangy glaze - the perfect blend of salty and sweet flavors for a delicious meal in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 0.75 pound cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill sizzling hot and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Combine brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard in a medium bowl. Thread alternating ham and pineapple chunks onto skewers.
  • Lay skewers on the hot grill, generously brush with the sweet brown sugar mixture. Grill, turning and basting regularly, until fully heated and beautifully glazed, for about 6 to 8 minutes.
