Whip up this versatile ham and Cheddar quiche in under an hour for a delicious meal anytime of day.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package diced cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lay the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs. Stir in milk, Cheddar cheese, ham, butter, chives, and salt until well combined. Transfer the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
