Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.25 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 5.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs until fluffy, then gently combine with oil. Incorporate sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend in flour until smooth.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  • Shape the dough until it reaches a soft, pliable consistency for rolling. Use a three-inch cup or round cookie cutter to cut out circles. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of pie filling onto the center of each circle. Fold the edges of the circle towards the middle and pinch them together.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
