Mexican beef and noodle casserole with taco sauce, seasoning, corn, tomatoes, and beans for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 0.25 cup taco sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, saute ground beef, onion, and celery for 10 minutes until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain the fat and set aside.
  • Cook the noodles in a separate saucepan following the package instructions. Drain and combine with the meat mixture, chili, tomatoes, corn, taco sauce, and taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a 10x15-inch baking dish.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
