Hearty and comforting slow-cooked soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas
  • 3 small carrots, sliced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1.25 cups water
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  • Layer the potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by celery and ground beef. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Add carrots, onions, and peas. Mix tomato soup with water, then pour over. Cover and set to low for 6 to 8 hours.
