Happy Birthday Marshmallow Cupcakes

Transform ordinary marshmallows into delightful cupcakes using cake mix and pre-made frosting for a quick and impressive treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
  • 2 containers Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy creamy white frosting
  • 24 to 30 large marshmallows
  • Betty Crocker™ colored sugar or candy sprinkles
  • White or colored birthday candles
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  • Prepare the cake mix for 24 cupcakes according to the box instructions. Bake until golden and let cool. Frost the cupcakes with the frosting.
  • Coat kitchen scissors with cooking spray. Slice marshmallows crosswise, sprinkle with colored sugar, and place in a flower shape on cupcakes. Place a candle in the center of each flower and store loosely covered.
