Indulgent casserole with creamy blend of sour cream, cheese, and cream of celery soup, mixed with hash browns, onions, and tender pork chops for a cozy and effortless meal.
Ingredients:
  • 5 pork chops
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Brown the pork chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set them aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix condensed soup, sour cream, and milk until well combined. Stir in hash browns and onion until coated. Transfer mixture to a 13x9-inch baking dish and top with cheese. Place pork chops on top.
  • Roast until the potatoes are tender and the pork chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, about 50 minutes in the preheated oven.
